What is map, what differences are there between map and record? Map is made from records, so that map and records would have same contents. However most important differences are perhaps relative or absolute. 'Record' isa continual information, so that to access an information in the record, it would ask to be searched through all information sequences. On the other hand, 'map' is a system to randomly access to an information in the 'record'.

In this project, humble everyday short walk in a building was mapped. A photo collage image is assembled by fragment of environment in the short journey as 'record'. This image is also aimed to evoke a 'record' of my memory. For a system of the 'map', slit pages works for revealing one certain moment of environment in the journey when a slit page covers the photo collage the 'record'. This searching process would convey a feeling which is looked around in my memory.
